Why were we having this discussion? Kelsea had already eaten a scrambled egg white with spinach and cheese, a piece of wheat toast, her banana, half of my banana and most of a cup of peaches - all very slowly because she was playing with her food. I thought 45 minutes was plenty of time for breakfast and kept asking if she was finished, but she persisted until she had eaten all of the peaches, my bread crust, and then announced that she was finished and ready to move on to the next activity - Kate
